After this Jesus, knowing that all was now finished, said (to fulfill the scripture), "I thirst." A bowl full of vinegar stood there; so they put a sponge full of the vinegar on hyssop and held it to his mouth. When Jesus had received the vinegar, he said, "It is finished"; and he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. As a bit of interest, the Hebrew word for "Passover" is Pesach. This transliterates into Greek and Latin as Pascha (from which we get the English liturgical word Paschal). The liturgical event we call "Easter" in English, is also called Pascha in the Latin missal and in the Greek liturgy. That is, Christians really call the feast of the resurrection our Christian Passover.
